Looking ahead to food prices in 2023

To say 2022 was a challenging year for Canadians at the grocery store would be an understatement. Food prices soared last year, and 2023 doesn't appear to be bringing any relief. Sylvain Charlebois is the senior director of Dalhousie University's Agri-Food Analytics Lab, and he's also known as the food professor.
