Second pothole on Ironworkers Bridge causes major traffic congestion

Repairs on a pothole that caused traffic delays Wednesday are once again causing backups Thursday. As traffic reporter Trish Jewison explains, there is now a second pothole at the south end of the bridge that’s also adding to delays.
