RCMP in Kelowna were involved in a standoff in the community of Rutland on Thursday. Police responded to a home in the 1000 block of Cactus Road and could be seen with guns drawn towards a residence, while nearby neighbours were forced to take shelter indoors. Jayden Wasney reports.
