Progress made in B.C. paramedic union negotiations

Negotiations continue between the union for B.C.’s paramedics and its employer. Although they haven’t struck a deal yet, they’re getting closer to finding common ground. And as Catherine Urquhart reports, it’s thanks, in part, to a veteran negotiator who recently became involved.
