Residents and pedestrian-rights advocates marched in Montreal Friday morning to protest what they see as inadequate measures to keep vulnerable road users safe, particularly in school zones. They want the city to do more to prioritize people on foot, over those sitting behind the wheel in motor vehicles. Global’s Phil Carpenter reports.
