A landslide killed at least 18 people as they slept in their tents at a campsite in Malaysia on Friday, officials said. Search teams scoured thick mud and downed trees for more than 20 people still missing. “I have never seen such a horrible incident. I feel so shocked and terrified. We just escaped from the tragedy where we thought (there was) no hope to escape from the incident after it started,” landslide survivor and farmer Thawng Uk said. “We are asking around where to get shelter and food.”
