Edmonton budget increase could now be 5% — and they’re not done yet

Budget deliberations continued Wednesday at Edmonton city hall and the expected tax increase is creeping up from 3.9 per cent to five per cent over four years. Councillors still have more items to debate and as Sarah Komadina explains some say the latest increases are alarming.
