Another tent fire highlights need for winter shelter

Concerns are growing over fire danger as those sheltering outside attempt to keep warm. Another tent fire went up in flames in Kelowna yesterday–this one described as a large one. And while no one was hurt–the fear is it may just be a matter of time as temperatures get colder and the unhoused population gets more desperate to find warmth. As Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, it once again highlights the urgency to get people inside for the winter.
