Families of murdered and missing Indigenous women and girls fed up

Winnipeg, a city already dealing with a record high number of homicides, is reeling from the news an alleged murderer was preying on Indigenous women. As Melissa Ridgen explains, victims’ families are demanding the accused also be hit with hate crime charges.
