Snow creates chaos on Metro Vancouver roads

One after another, vehicles were sent sliding across Metro Vancouver roads last night. Commuters described utter chaos as bridges became impassable. The snow started to pile up, making it tough for tow truck drivers and plows to do their work. As Julie Nolin reports, today many are wondering why this happened, and what can be done to prevent it during the next storm system.
