Sûreté du Québec officers out in full force to raise awareness about domestic violence

Quebec’s provincial police force is partnering with community organizations on a campaign to raise awareness about conjugal violence. The message they have for the public is that in order to change things, it takes everyone. Global’s Phil Carpenter explains.
