New Brunswick faces backlog of 1,046 contaminated sites: auditor general

The New Brunswick government is failing to enforce and document timelines for the remediation of contaminated sites around the province, according to auditor general Paul Martin. That has led to a backlog of more than 1000 sites — dating back over 30 years. Silas Brown has more.
