Saskatchewan forecasts $1.1 billion in surplus: Finance minister

Saskatchewan Finance Minister Donna Harpauer spoke on Tuesday following the release of the province's mid-year report. The province said this year's surplus is estimated to be just under $1.1 billion this fiscal year.
