Police have arrested a suspect in connection with the homicides of two women in Toronto, which took place 39 years ago, Toronto Police Services announced on Monday — all thanks to updates in DNA technology. Also, the suspect, Joseph George Sutherland, has been revealed to be a 61-year-old man from Moosonee, Ont., though other details have not been made public. Susan Tice and Erin Gilmour were both found dead in their respective homes in 1983.
