New Brunswick premier asks for delay in implementing carbon tax

New Brunswick’s updated carbon tax plan has been approved by the federal government. But Premier Blaine Higgs is asking for next year’s increase to be delayed by three months to coincide with the imposition of the federal backstop on the province’s Atlantic neighbors. Silas Brown explains.
