Youth in Ont. group homes say they were overmedicated

Former workers and youth from an Ontario group home chain say they were overmedicated with prescription drugs. The youth, who may have backgrounds of trauma or behavioural issues, say they were offered little in the way of therapy. As Carolyn Jarvis reports, one former resident said she felt like a “zombie.”
