Montreal’s Dawson College is kicking off a campaign to better educate students about the effects of cannabis. School administrators are hoping students will have a better understanding of what the legalized drug can do when ingested. It’s not to tell people not to use drugs – but make young adults aware of the risks and how to consume safely. Global’s Elizabeth Zogalis reports.
