Outgoing B.C. Premier John Horgan praised incoming Premier David Eby on Friday at a ceremony for swearing in the new premier. Horgan said over the years he often "turned to the tallest guy in the room" to make sure tasks were completed successfully and with passion and compassion. Horgan said he once again turns to Eby to take on this new role as premier and he has no doubt he will be successful.
