B.C. health officials encourage masks indoor but no mask mandate

The province is battling a respiratory illness resulting in pressure on the health care system, and many calling to bring back the mask mandates. Health officials confirmed Wednesday while they are encouraging you to wear a mask indoors, a mandate will not be put in place. Richard Zussman has more on the decision.
