B.C. Ferries service resumes on Horseshoe Bay to Nanaimo route

Service is back to normal after more travel nightmares for passengers attempting to catch a B.C. ferry to Vancouver Island on Thursday. All three major routes from the Lower Mainland to the island were sold out by early evening.
