Quebec insists “common sense” a good replacement for mandatory isolation

Quebec has dropped the mandatory five-day isolation for those who test positive for COVID-19, and is instead asking the public to use common sense to help stop the spread of the virus. Is the decision backed science? And as we head into winter, should we be concerned about new Omicron subvariants?
