The Emergencies Act inquiry continued Tuesday with testimony from key players in the Windsor and Coutts border protests last winter. Quinn Campbell reports Marco Van Huigenbos of Fort Macleod, one of the spokespeople from the Coutts blockade, gave testimony in the inquiry.
