Cigarette butts focus of major Cobourg cleanup effort

Volunteers are wanted for a huge community cleanup session targeting cigarette butts, but they must be over 18 to participate.
That’s because of toxic chemicals and biohazards.
The Community Cigarette Butt Cleanup in Cobourg is on Saturday, Nov. 5.
