Eco-friendly snacks made from insects

Montreal’s Insectarium, one of the largest of its kind in North America, now offers a gourmet sampling box featuring treats made from edible insects, like grasshoppers and crickets, along with Québec-sourced products. Montreal Insectarium director Maxim Larrivée joins Global’s Kim Sullivan to tell us more about these healthy and eco-friendly snacks.
