Defence presenting at Doug McCallum public mischief trial

Day three of the trial for the outgoing Surrey mayor heard from expert witnesses today. A biomechanical engineer testified that a car tire can run over a foot and not necessarily break bones. The court also released more surveillance video from the day of the incident when McCallum alleged his foot was run over after an interactions with a woman in a parking lot.
