With trick or treaters hitting the streets, police thought it would be the perfect time to scare drivers straight with a very spooky speed trap in Hudson. The Sûreté du Québec enlisted kids decked out in Halloween costumes to be the first to try a new speed-fighting tool officers have added to their arsenal. Global’s Dan Spector reports.
