‘Temporary’ Vernon lab closure hits 1 year mark
Description
October 27, 2022
Last October Interior Health closed one of its Vernon medical labs due to a staffing shortage. At the time the closure was said to be temporary. But that "temporary" shutdown has now dragged on for a year. As Megan Turcato reports, the one shuttered lab appears to be putting more pressure on the remaining facilities.
