White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre expressed concerns on Wednesday that Russia is advising Iran on “best practices” for “suppressing” ongoing protests, in the wake of the nationwide demonstrations taking place following Mahsa Amini’s death. She added the White House’s message to Iran is to stop killing its citizens.
