Both of Alberta’s major political parties will meet over the weekend: the United Conservative Party just outside of Edmonton while the Alberta NDP will gather in Calgary. As Breanna Karstens-Smith explains, the weekend will set the stage ahead of the provincial election scheduled for the end of May.
