A funeral was held for seven-month-old Oaklan Cunningham one day after Alberta RCMP charged his High Prairie day home provider with second-degree murder. Morgan Black spoke with the victim’s mother and grandmother, and was invited inside the service on the Driftpile Cree Nation.
