More electors are coming forward claiming their names are inexplicably missing from Quebec’s electoral list, which prevented them from casting their ballots in Monday’s elections. Experts say though it is a citizen’s responsibility to ensure they are registered before voting day, the system needs to improve. Global’s Phil Carpenter reports.
