Loblaw Companies Ltd. and the Silicon Valley start-up Gatik announced Wednesday it would be launching driverless box trucks to deliver select online grocery orders for Loblaw’s PC Express service. Drivers will still be on hand to take over if needed, but will be on standby in the passenger seat, according to Gatik.
