Outgoing minister of labour and immigration and Jean Boulet is once again apologizing for his remarks on immigrants made during a debate last week. On day 33 of the Quebec election campaign, the other parties are calling for him to step down, while many Quebecers in the immigrant community won’t accept his apology.
