Storm Fiona: Trudeau refutes Nova Scotia Power report that American crews were delayed by ArriveCan app

During question period in the House of Commons on Monday, opposition leader Pierre Poilievre stated that Nova Scotia Power reported over the weekend that American crews rushing to help restore power in Atlantic Canada, following post-tropical storm Fiona, were "blocked" at the border by the ArriveCan app. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau refuted this statement, saying "I can confirm Mr. Speaker, that there were no delays at any border because of ArriveCan or otherwise."
