Health Minister Jean-Yves Duclos said Monday that while quarantine requirements were being dropped at the border, officials could still screen and advise people on the "right thing to do" if they are infected with COVID-19 or another disease. He also said that the government was leaving options open on potentially bringing back COVID-19 travel and border measures if they are needed.
