For many people, it is a very hard thing to do–ask for help. But with the skyrocketing cost of living–that is the reality for many families struggling to make ends meet. At the Central Okanagan Food Bank–there is unprecedented demand for help. In fact–as Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, the amount of people that have had to access the food bank for the very first time in recent months may shock you.
