‘Failing and flailing’: Trudeau condemns Putin’s latest nuclear threats, mobilization in Ukraine

Speaking at the United Nations General Assembly in New York City on Wednesday, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau condemned Russian President Vladimir Putin for his latest threats, in which he made a veiled reference to Russia's nuclear capability, as well as his decision to mobilize hundreds of thousands of reservists in Ukraine. Trudeau told media Putin is “failing and flailing” and also said “we cannot live in a world where might is right."
