The Alberta Cancer Exercise (ACE) study out of the University of Alberta is helping Albertans recovering. It evaluates how effective exercise is not just physically, but mentally too. As Nicole Stillger explains, the program has benefitted two Edmonton sports personalities — including our own John Sexsmith.
