B.C. public safety minister identifies recommendations to reduce prolific offender crime

While speaking at a press conference on Wednesday, Public Safety Minister Mike Farnworth announced three recommendations to improve community safety after consulting with B.C. mayors on ways to reduce prolific crime. Farnworth acknowledged the complex challenges police are dealing with and the support needed in mental health services.
