Tenants of Halifax building concerned as parkade closes indefinitely
Description
September 19, 2022
Residents of a Halifax public housing complex are concerned after they were told their underground parkade would be closed "until further notice." The province says the work is necessary for safety reasons, and they will do their best to minimize the impact to tenants. But as Ashley Field reports, residents are fearful with winter fast-approaching.
