Ontario Provincial Police will not lay charges against the guards involved in the death of Soleiman Faqiri in an Ontario Jail in December of 2016. This after Ontario’s chief forensic pathologist determined the guards’ actions directly contributed to his death. Faqiri’s brother – Yusuf Faqiri- spoke on BC1 today.
