Northumberland OPP say a vehicle which was found crashed in Port Hope on Sunday night had been reported stolen. Around 9:30 p.m., Northumberland OPP responded to a crash in a farm field in the area of Marsh and Haskill roads in the Municipality of Port Hope. Police on scene confirmed the vehicle found had been reported stolen from Cobourg. t. OPP confirmed on scene the vehicle was in fact stolen. Cobourg Police Service say the same vehicle had been involved in a fail-to-stop incident earlier. The driver was transported to hospital by Northumberland Paramedics. Charges are unknown at this time.
