Combatting sedentary behaviour

As students head back to class, they’re going to be spending a lot more time sitting at their desks, but learning doesn’t always have to happen sitting down. University of Alberta professor and behaviour epidemiologist Valerie Carson joined Global News Morning to talk about ways to counteract the effects of sedentary behaviour.
