Calgary widows fighting to have deceased husbands’ names on childrens’ birth certificates

Two Calgary mothers are taking their separate cases to family court in hopes of changing a law they say hasn't kept up with science. Both are widows and with the help of a fertility clinic, conceived their children after their husbands passed away from cancer. As Jill Croteau reports, in the midst of their grief, they want their daughters' birth certificates to bear their fathers' names.
