Greater Vancouver Zoo ‘heartbroken’ over loss of two wolves

Greater Vancouver Zoo animal care manager Menita Prasad confirmed on Thur., Aug. 18, 2022, that two wolves have been lost after a suspected act of vandalism to their enclosure. One of them, Tempest, is still unaccounted for but poses no risk to the public, she said, while another, Chia, was found dead on a roadside in Langley, B.C.
