NDP critical of Trudeau government over handling of interpreters stuck in Afghanistan

One year after the fall of Kabul, NDP Immigration critic Jenny Kwan on Monday called for the Trudeau government to do more to provide former Afghanistan interpreters and their families with a safe passage away from possible retribution from the Taliban. "It is a matter of time before they are caught and their lives are in jeopardy and they would lose their lives. I am in contact with another individual, another person who served Canada who has gone missing," Kwan said.
