Police are reporting on Monday that three people have died due to an underwater explosion in Zatoka, Odesa Region in Ukraine. Odesa Region State Security Service communications head Lyubov Hordievska said the deaths occurred as those people ignored the ban against visiting the Black Sea shoreline and swimming in the water.
