Alberta tow-truck drivers say motorists still not getting the message despite rule changes

In June, new rules allowed tow trucks in Alberta to install blue lighting in an effort to give drivers working on the side of a busy road more visibility. This was in addition to rules that say drivers travelling in the same direction must slow down to at least 60 km/h in the closest lane. But as Elissa Carpenter tells us, tow-truck drivers say many motorists aren't getting the message.
