The union representing personal support workers in New Brunswick nursing homes is urging the province to act quickly to ease an ongoing staff shortage. The union has said the shortage of staff is causing lengthy waiting lists for long term care patients, as nearly 400 seniors wait in hospital to access vacant beds. Nathalie Sturgeon has more.
