New art installations aim to bring back workers to downtown Montreal

The City of Montreal and its partners hope a bit of culture and some new scenery will be enough to entice office workers back to the downtown core — now that COVID-19 pandemic restrictions are gone and life is slowly starting to return to normal. Global’s Brayden Jagger Haines has more.
